SUCCESS!

OK so I was able to resource hack (;-j) Google Chrome's
default.dll and get rid of all the blue. 
I decided as my first project I would just make all of the 
images greyscale.. Which at the very least would give 
me a neutral pallet to work with if I wanted colors.. 
SOME of the icons I left colored.. I'm not sure why.. 
I might make EVERYTHING gray later but for now things
like my green download meter.. will remain green. 
ALL of the other basic things on the other hand.. 
are all gray. 
I was thrilled when it finally worked.
